Your home will be staged professionally by someone with 20+ years in the business. We utilize a professional photographers that specializes in real estate to capture your home’s magic. Again, based on experience and our post-closing surveys, we select the images that best defines and showcases the home.
In addition to creating a walk-thru HD video tour of the home, we also create a video tour of the neighborhood. Our post-closing surveys reveal that buyers choose a neighborhood as well as a home in their decision process. Now that the Houston Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service(HAR) permits two public virtual tours, we upload both the home and neighborhood tour for maximum impact!
Our marketing strategy is a combination of our own sixteen years of experience in The Woodlands real estate market plus the results of National, State, and Regional annual Buyer and Seller surveys conducted by the National Association of Realtors(NAR), Texas Association of Realtors(TAR), and the Houston Association of Realtors(HAR).
