As Realtor Team Leader of Michele Flory Real Estate Team at Point Real Estate, I took a round-about way to make The Woodlands area my hometown more than 40 years ago.
With an early life spent moving around the country and overseas – including time in Germany and Japan – I found my true passion in real estate after putting my education from The University of Texas in both El Paso and Arlington to good use, working in sales and marketing for a manufacturer’s representative company owned by my husband, Greg, and I. My lifetime of settling into new homes and cities makes me very sensitive to the needs and expectations of families moving to or returning to The Woodlands, and I know just what to do to make the experience less stressful and more enjoyable for all concerned.
As a representative of both buyers and sellers, I use my extensive knowledge of The Woodlands area, believing there is nothing more important in a real estate transaction than my client’s needs. By learning about their lifestyle, family dynamics and investment concerns, I can add my knowledge of local real estate trends, resale and life experiences to make buying or selling a home a complete success story for my clients. As real estate investors ourselves, Greg and I personally own rental properties in the area, and will easily guide investor clients who decide to invest in The Woodlands.
A member of the Houston, Texas and National Association of Realtors, I take my responsibilities to my hometown seriously through memberships in The Woodlands Rotary Club and the South Montgomery Chamber of Commerce. I spend my downtime cooking family meals from scratch, riding my bicycle throughout the trails all around The Woodlands and traveling and sailing with Greg.
Energized by providing home buying and selling services to my clients, my success as one of the top residential real estate agents in The Woodlands community has been recognized by The Woodlands Development Corp., Houston Business Journal, RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and Prudential Real Estate.
As a Graduate, Realtor Institute, I also hold Transnational Referral Certification, am a Certified Negotiation Expert and have been Relocation Certified by several large corporations in The Woodlands area, including ExxonMobil, Shell Oil Co. and Chevron Phillips.
