Neighborhood Information

College Park is located in the northeast section of The Woodlands. Within the village boundaries are two 55+ patio home communities, Montgomery County Community College, The University Center, St. Luke’s Community Medical Center, and the new patio home community of Grogans Forest. Shopping areas include College Park Shopping Center and College Park Plaza.
